Zhivago is a vampire assassin formerly employed by Vladimir Von Helson.
He first appeared as an un-named sniper who unsuccessfully tried to kill Johnny K. Gambino and Ian. He was formally introduced in the Halloween 2K7 event.

Zhivago demonstrated uncanny accuracy with a rifle, shooting Gambino from the clock tower in Durem while Gambino stood atop his extremely tall tower. He shot Ian from the same tower.
[edit] Speculation
Much speculation occured as to the sniper's identity. The case caught the interest of Cindy Dohnovan, although nothing became of her investigation. Nothing solid was known about the sniper's identity, motive or whom he worked for until the events of Halloween 2K7 MMVII revealed everything. All prior assumptions of the sniper being a known Gaian were proven false and instead, the identity belonged to a completely new character.

In the Gaia animated short "MMVII", Vladimir Von Helson formally introduces Zhivago and tasks him with eliminating Ian, Gambino, and Edmund. In doing so, he threatens Zhivago and mentions he has failed him in the past. Louie Von Helson enters and reaffirms that Zhivago has failed twice (Once for Ian, once for Gambino). In the manga "Damian", Vladimir hands a rifle to Zhivago. In MMVII, Flower of the Night, Louie confirms Zhivago as the sniper.
In the final episode of MMVII, Edmund shoots Zhivago with a bullet containing "The Cure" and causes him to misfire, killing Vladimir instead of Louie. Following the event, the NPC Louie hints that Zhivago survived the encounter and escaped. It appears that he now resides in the House on the Hill in Dead Man's Pass on zOMG!.

- Zhivago's name is pronounced "jhi-vah-go", rather than with a Z sound.
- Gaia released a rare set NPC's Underwear items. Zhivago's underwear was featured as a red pair of briefs.
