A Regular or Forum Regular is a Gaian who commonly visits a board or subboard regularly enough for people to notice that they are often arround. Not to be confused with Prommies.

- User A posts thirty posts daily in the GCD.
- User B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N, O, and P, notice User A's posts and that user A has posted daily for more than a month.
- User Q, R, S, T, U, V, W, X, and Y, notice that User A is a frequent poser in the GCD, and after four months of constant posting they reward him with regular status.
- User Z was away for four months with a terrible cold and was not aware of User A's upgrade to regularship, which makes User Z a noob.
It should be noted that becoming a regular is one step closer to becoming a prommie!
