Why isn't Ian back in the store?

Ian has been an oddly dressed Easter Bunny Easter 2003, and 2004.
Wearing: Bunny Luv ears with Buck teeth, Cat Paws and Cat Feet.
Ian and Rufus are the first NPCs who greet you when you enter into Gaia Towns. Ian also has a puzzle in Gaia Jigsaw, which has him screaming "Noooo" as Gino and Sasha are about to kiss. I wish I could remember his phrases.

Ian changed his hair to black because The Sniper shot him.
[edit] Halloween 2k8 Costume.
Ian's Halloween outfit seems to be based off of Daisuke Jigen's from the anime Lupin III. If there's going to be a trivia section, could you please consider adding in this info as well?
Also, Ian once shared his shop with Christian Siriano for the Gaia Prom in 2008.
