NPC:Timmy
From: The Gaiapedia, the community encyclopedia about Gaia Online
Timmy (pictured right) is Dr. Singh's assistant in announcing Evolving Item reports. At first, he was an excitable young boy who helped explain to Gaians which creatures were evolving, but has since evolved himself into something more monstrous. He was first introduced to the Gaian public in November 2007, for Dr. Singh's first report.

[edit] Mistreatment by Dr. Singh
Timmy's unbearable excitement lead Dr. Singh to threaten to encase him in a 55-gallon steel drum. By the fourth report he was secured in his new containment, which he stayed in for a couple of weeks. He described his new home as dark and awful, with thinning air, glowing green stuff and fumes. In the fifth report he started yelping and said he was developing night vision, and the drum, which appeared to be a Toxic Barrel, a housing item found in Enchanted Golden Trunks, was swelling around the middle. In the sixth report, the first time Timmy was seen after being subjected to the drum, Singh admitted that he had been submitted to radioactive G-Corp sludge.
[edit] Evolution
At first, his skin was paler, his hair in a state and his eyes bulging, unable to open. They did later to reveal big, dark eyes, about three times the size of his eyes prior to the radiation exposure. His hair then started to fall out, revealing a large brain. A red lump appeared on his forehead, which turned out to be a long red horn with grey things coming out with it. Timmy was saying about drinking blood, biting, being angrier and more violent than ever and no longer seeing people as anything other than chunky blood milkshakes, and during the fifteenth report, after the grey things had covered his overgrown brain, Timmy bit Singh's hand, appearing to slowly devour it and work his way up her arm.
In the seventeenth report, he had started to take over Singh's mind and speak directly through her mouth, doing most of the report himself while the real Singh struggled to regain control. She said 'Timmy... is... new master...' as he finished up the report.
She may have regained control by the eighteenth report, but in the nineteenth report, as Timmy had been lifted off the ground due to be so far up devouring her arm, she appeared to be talking strangely. It turned out Timmy had fully taken control, which revealed that he didn't know very much about the science he was talking about. Singh couldn't stand it and fought back for control, so she could quickly get some useful information into the report, only to be taken over by Timmy again.
By the twentieth report, Timmy agrees to let the Doctor give the Evolving Item reports unhindered, however the two continue to struggle for control. Lab Tech Gene is hired to remove Timmy and possibly cure him, though it is revealed that Timmy likes being a mutant (and has no hard feelings towards the Doctor for mutating him). Several Evolving item reports later, Gene's surgery seperates Singh and Timmy and cures Timmy of his mutations. Though things seem like they would go back to normal, Gene did warn them that there was one final problem: Timmy's drive to take over the Doctor was caused by an actual evil side. The surgery seperated the evil side from Timmy and it escaped. This evil side has yet to be seen, however it terrorized Timmy in his bedroom several Evolving Item reports later. Timmy then began glibbering about evil and doom, so much so that Singh had to bring in a specialist, Dr. Schadenkind. Schadenkind pronounced Timmy "Coo-coo in the coconut", but later turned out to be something of a quack. Following the lack of helpful treatment, Timmy ran away for several weeks, re-emerging with a "Parallel-Universe Spock"-esque goatee.
Goatee'd Timmy has a very different disposition than our eager lad, being rather a womanizer and overall shady character. The week after he appeared, Labtech Gene (who had found Timmy after his disappearance) also had a goatee, transforming them into the duo of "T-Bone and LG", who have taken over the Evolving Item Reports and turned them into a smooth jazz countdown. Timmy does appear to be in there somewhere, however, as he shows the doctor a lot more leniency than the labtech receives.
[edit] Prom
Timmy wanted to ask Dr. Singh to the Prom (it is hinted that he is attracted to her, especially when he tells Gene "The Doctor's looking as lovely as ever"). Just before he manages to build up the courage to ask however, he walks in on Lance asking Singh instead. Although Lance says that it's "only as friends" it still leaves Timmy feeling upset. At the next Evolving Item report, Timmy is initially sulky. The Doctor manages to cheer him up however, by asking him to say "Jeepers!"
