The Masque was the identity Gino Gambino (under the genetic influence of Johnny K. Gambino) used during the fight between Santa and Jack during the end stages of the Christmas 2005 plot event. He not only broke up the fight but knocked both Icons off their feet. He later revealed himself as Gino Gambino during the Masquerade following New Years.

Theories have surfaced that the superhuman powers he exhibited were the result of his genetic modification as detailed during the flashback portion of the April Fools 2006 plot event, which caused his father's prominent traits to manifest in him over a period of time. Regardless, since the split between Gino and Gambino in the September 2006 update, it appears unlikely that Gino will again use his alter ego.
