Edy chaperoned the Gaia Prom 2k8, where he welcomed visitors and would give them a Leather Dress Watch. He was wearing a red suit with a black and white checkered bowtie, and had an Alruna's Rose between his teeth. He was also referred to as Fast Edy.

In the manga Brains & Brawn, after becoming infuriated with Liam after finding out he never asked her out before, Sam walked out of the garage they were discussing their Rejected Olympic plans in and bumped into Edy. He explained that he was late to their meeting because of an accident, and a Zurg followed him in. Edy explained that the Zurg had crashed his ship in his front yard, and the group would have to repair it. He yelled for Bob to bring the ship in, and explained that Orcs had been living near Aekea for a while in caves. Liam persuaded Edy to get the Orcs to participate in the Olympics on Aekea's behalf, and Edy jumped on board the plan when told to imagine all the gold he could carry. As Liam wanted the Zurg to help them out too and suggested using the Zurg Energy Drink they had lying around, Sam called them both idiots.
