Devin is the tattoo artist of Skin Tyte, who works alongside piercing specialist Natasha. As well as tattoos, he also mixes inks to create different colours in the Ink Exchange, which was previously done by Moira.

In the storyline manga Prom Drama, after Natasha asked him who he was going to ask to the Gaia Prom 2k8, Devin replied saying that he had no big plans whilst daydreaming about a shirtless Lance. Liam told Devin that Flynn was asking about him, as her friend wanted to know if he was single. He was shocked and asked what friend, but Liam replied with 'Hell if I know' as he left Skin Tyte. Natasha said that it looked like he had a secret admirer, to which he replied 'Ooh... mysterious.'

Devin was in the manga Heir to Darkness, when Edmund took Louie Von Helson to visit Natasha to see if she had a strategy to help Durem win the Olympics. Devin said she was going to hire The Kuro Gang. After Natasha, Edmund and Louie managed to get into the Kuro Gang headquarters following a shady deal with Nicolae, Don Kuro Luca initially rejected their request of helping Durem win the Olympics. However, Devin suddenly arrived on the scene, telling Luca to be a sport. Natasha raged at him for not letting her know that he knew the head of The Kuro Gang. Devin persuaded Luca to help out by lending them Cordell and a few of his men after reminding him of a favour he owed.

- It is implied that Devin may be homosexual. This can be supported by many manga that features Devin having a love reaction towards Lance as well as the Valentines 2k9 event where the user has to be male in order to receive a Valentine. This was confirmed by a quote from Vanessa in her shop where she says, "It's obvious Devin has a thing for Lance. He's just way too shy to say anything".
Also, in the recent "Promageddon" Manga, part three, Devin is voted Hillbilly King along with Sam, who is voted Hillbilly Queen. Due to their lack of chemistry, they are asked to pick partners from the crowd. Devin picks Lance, and you see them dancing in the final panel. Victory!
