The Gambino Hat Rack not only stocks hats, but wigs, masks, accessories and paintbrushes are also sold. It is run by Ruby and her son Peyo. Gaians are able to exchange trash found in towns for paper hats here in Peyo's Exchange Trash. It is located on the Isle de Gambino next to Gambino Outfitters.
The building used to be the location of the Gambino Boutique before Johnny K. Gambino bought the island and evicted Ian.
The "Gambino Hat Rack" is now known as "Ruby's Rack". Instead of the main idea of hats, the shop now focuses on "cute" items.
