- The Elemental Hair, like most other Monthly Collectibles, can be posed in a number of different styles. These include the 'Elemental Hair' (its default form), 'Essence of Breeze', 'Essence of Wind', 'Essence of Flare','Essence of Blaze', 'Essence of Life', 'Essence of Earth', 'Essence of Ice', and 'Essence of Water'.
- The December 2006 Thank You letter, which contains the Elemental Hair, is rare in that it holds three items instead of the usual two. These are the Flame Sword, the Winter Rose, and the Elemental Hair itself.
