Giftboxes and Trunks can appear on random pages on Gaia. They hold one random item, which ranges from common accessories and clothing to exclusive items, whereas trunks hold only housing items. They must be clicked quickly, or the chance to obtain them will disappear.

Other giftboxes can be obtained through other means, such as purchasing them with Gaia Cash from La Victoire when they are in stock, or from events like Xmas, although those giftboxes have one certain item inside.
