If this tool does not automaticly activate try the following in order:

• Clear your cache or Bypass it with CTRL + R.
• Use this link purge.
• Goto MediaWiki:Monobook.js and use CTRL + R.
• Use this link purge.

If those didn't work, then these reasons may be why it failed:

• This tool does not work with IE.
• You need to have Javascript on for this to work.
• You must be using the Monobook Skin for this to work (Change it in Special:Preferences).
