Dream Avatar

A Dream Avatar is an Avatar that a Gaian wishes to have. These dream avatars are often cluttered with expensive MCs, or other otherwise unobtainable items. This is what makes them a "dream" avatar.
[edit] Creating a Dream Avatar
Usually a Dream Avatar is put together in an avatar creator. Some users edit items onto their Dream Avatars using a graphic editor program, or create their own art.
When making a Dream Avatar, the creator gives the avatar the skin tone, hair style and color, eye style and color, and other features they wish it to have. The creator also adds any clothes, shoes, headwear, accessories, and hand items. At the end, the creator is usually given an estimate of what the Dream Avatar would cost. The creator sometimes has the option to remove items they already own from the estimate, to make the estimate more realistic. Things such as cost for changes in hair style are not taken into account.
Sometimes, Gaians wish to change their avatars but cannot decide on a Dream Avatar. When this happens, they hire other Gains to create a Dream Avatar for them. Some users go to the Avatar Talk forum to ask other people create a Dream Avatar for them. They often offer some prize money to the one who does it best, and that way they usually get a lot of different avatars to chose from. When hiring another Gaian to create a Dream Avatar, the Gaian who wants the avatar must provide information such as colors he/she prefers, items they want used, or "looks" they want (cute, gothic, dark, etc).
[edit] After the Dream Avatar is Made
After the Dream Avatar is made, the creator usually displays it in their signature. This is so that the Avatar can be shown off. It also is usually a way for the Gaian to request donations to help purchase items needed to make the Dream Avatar possible, as a Dream Avatar that contains expensive items which the user cannot afford usually needs to be quested for.
